Compute derivative of sum of damped oscillation function convolved with normalized gaussian distribution

Parameters:
  • t – time

  • fwhm – full width at half maximum of gaussian distribution

  • k – rate constant (inverse of life time)

  • T – period

  • phase – phase factor

  • c – amplitude coefficient

Returns:

Derivative of Convolution of normalized gaussian distribution and damped oscillation \((\exp(-kt) \cdot (c_1 \cos(2\pi t/T) + c_2 \sin(2\pi t/T)))\).
